Victoria Rimoczi - Mezzo Soprano

Mezzo Soprano Victoria Rimoczi has enjoyed a wide variety of performance experience that includes opera, operetta, recital, oratorio, and musical theater. Her rich and powerful voice accounts for her enthusiastic reception wherever she performs.

Described as having “a voice that can part the seas and an irreplaceable presence in the cast,” Victoria’s opera/operetta career has included lead and supporting roles in Carmen, Madame Butterfly, Die Fledermaus, The Mikado, HMS Pinafore, Iolanthe, La Perichole and The Gondoliers as well as lead roles in the musicals Nunsense, Music Man, Mack and Mabel, and Daddy’s Money.

In the West Coast premier of the performance opera Ode to Icarus as presented by The Undermind Arts Collective She was selected to play Euphrosnye. Her Oratorio work has included performances of Handel’s Messiah and Mozart’s Requiem.

Victoria has performed with local companies such as Tacoma Opera, Lyric Opera Northwest, Hans Wolf Productions, Bellevue Opera, Northwest Savoyards, The Seattle Gilbert and Sullivan Society as well as appearing in various benefit galas and recital programs throughout the greater Seattle Area. Victoria has been studying voice privately for over 15 years, and currently studies with Elizabeth Moore.
